Shipping

Processing Time:
All items are handmade. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped through Canada Post (or local pickup if offered).
Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Tracking:
Tracked shipping is available at checkout.
Untracked shipping is more affordable but does not include tracking or insurance.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order has been dropped off with the carrier, delivery times are out of my control. If your package is delayed, please allow extra time, especially during holidays or weather disruptions.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item.

If that happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A photo of the issue
✔ A short description

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order is in progress, it can no longer be cancelled.
