Lost or Delayed Packages:Once your order has been dropped off with the carrier, delivery times are out of my control. If your package is delayed, please allow extra time, especially during holidays or weather disruptions.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item.

Cancellations
